Controller and data we collect
Controller: ONE BOM LIMITED, [TODO address], sales@1bom.com. When you submit an RFQ we collect the fields on the form: part number, quantity, target date, company name, contact name, e-mail, phone, VAT ID / Incoterm where shown, and the destination country. Server logs record IP address and timestamp for security.
Purpose, legal basis and retention
We use the data to answer your request, verify export-control eligibility, and fulfil orders (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and for our legitimate interest in preventing fraud (Art. 6(1)(f)). RFQ records are retained for 24 months after the last contact; order and invoice records for the statutory retention period (up to 10 years); server logs for 30 days.
