Quotations and orders
Quotations are valid for 7 days unless stated otherwise; prices exclude VAT, duties and freight unless an Incoterm is given. An order becomes binding when we confirm it in writing after receipt of payment or an approved credit arrangement.
Payment and delivery
Payment by T/T bank transfer, PayPal or escrow as stated on the quotation; first orders are prepaid. Lead times are estimates; risk passes according to the agreed Incoterm (default FOB Hong Kong / Shenzhen).
30-day quality guarantee, returns and governing law
If parts are found non-conforming within 30 days of receipt, we replace them or refund the affected quantity after our inspection confirms the defect; returns require prior authorization. These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong SAR, and disputes are submitted to the courts of Hong Kong.
